Servicing Total Toners Australia offers FREE servicing to customers using our compatible products regardless of the age of the printer*. Guarantees / Warranties For all of our product range of compatible products, which include any replacements for laser, dot-matrix or inkjet printers. Total Toners Australia warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. This means that we will replace, free of charge, any product received by a customer, which is faulty or incorrect. The cartridges have been manufactured to guarantee performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer (O.E.M). Total Toners Australia further warrants that subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to your printer. In the unlikely event that an authorised service representative insists that our product caused damage to a customer’s equipment, we will pay for the repair of any damage to your printer. Certification must be given by the authorised service representative that such damage could not have occurred under identical conditions when using the O.E.M product. Conditions *Printer servicing is free once a customer has used a minimum of 6 compatible cartridges from Total Toners Australia in one single printer. *Free printer servicing requires exclusive usage of Total Toners Australia's compatible products. *Parts replacement due to general wear and tear are at an additional cost to the service. *Installation of parts are free only if purchased through Total Toners Australia. *Free printer servicing is available in metro areas only. Regional areas incur travel cost or the printer may need to be shipped to a service centre at the customer's cost. *Free servicing is based on regular supply of Toners/Cartridges/Inks to a customer. If a customer has not ordered products from Total Toners Australia for a period over 6 months the customer is NOT eligible for a free service. |
